First of all I would like to thank those of you who took the time to comment on my last post. I am glad to know somebody is looking at my posts. I know I don’t always comment when I look at a post either, but I did want to get an idea of how many might be checking out my blog. Again, thank you!
This is my latest creation. I doily I made up as I went along. Wasn’t sure what to call it, but I think I’ll call it Rita’s Reflections Doily. Unless I come up with a better name for it. LOL
Here it is Friday once again. Here’s wishing you all a great weekend full of the things you enjoy!
So pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteThis is a beautiful doily. I like the name 'Rita's Reflections'. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debi. :)
DeleteI like the name-it suits it! Very pretty doily :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm always reading your blog-I'm making more effort to leave comments because it is lovely to know who's reading and what they enjoy! Hope you have a lovely weekend :-)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and am truly enjoying it. Your doily is gorgeous. Did you use #10 thread? Your blog is a real treat to me - so thank you for your time, effort, beautiful crochet and sharing everything here for others (like me) to enjoy.
Happy Weekend ~ I'll be back ~ Bobbie :)
Thanks for stopping by, Bobbie, and I hope you'll come back often. :) Yes, I did use #10 thread. :)
DeleteRita's reflections is a nice name!! And the doily is absolutely perfect and beautiful!! Everything looks so proportionate. Very well done, Rita!!:) do share the pattern whenever you find some time to write it down. You can also think about uploading pattern to craftsy website or some other similar crochet sites.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Preeti. :) I am hoping to share the pattern one of these days. I'm actually working on another doily right now. One that I am making up as I go. Hope to share the pattern for it, too, one of these days. :)
DeleteBeautiful! I can follow a pattern but my mind goes completely blank when it comes to making up a pattern. Good for you!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Charlotte. :) I can make up basic doilies on my own, but nothing fancy. LOL
DeleteI can read a pattern but have never really tried to create my own..I just enjoy making them. Again wonderful work as always..very pretty
