Hello all, and happy Monday to you! Hope your week is off to a great start! All is well here. I am on my last day of an antibiotic for a sinus infection and bronchitis. Still coughing and blowing, but feeling better than I had been. Whew!
I’ve been busy making hats. A friend of a friend wanted a Mickey and Minnie hat for her twins’ first birthdays. This is what I came up with. Hope she likes them! This was the first time I put braids on a hat. Can’t really say that I enjoyed the process. LOL
My daughter wanted a John Deere hat made for Lawson, since he has a cute JD jacket. Well, you know me, I can’t make a hat for one grandson and not the other. Next up will be a pink JD hat for Miss Adelyn. This picture is of my husband, Clayton and Lawson. I was acting like a doofus behind the camera trying to get Lawson to smile. Seems to have worked on the other two as well. LOL
Now for some thrift store finds from last week.
I absolutely love vases, and couldn’t resist this pretty flowered one. I got it for 79 cents.
I also have a thing for pink lately, and I thought this plate was pretty. Turned out it was half off, so I got it for a quarter. This plate, and the above vase, I got at the new Salvation Army store.
These next goodies were more expensive as I got them at Good Will. Our Good Will store does not have cheap prices, compared to a lot of GW stores. I thought this would make a pretty vase.
And this would, too.
Last, but not least, this pretty pitcher. Love it!
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week!!
