Happy Fall…or Autumn…whichever you prefer to call it. Here in my neck of the woods it has been a beautiful week. Today I decided I’d go out and enjoy nature a bit…with my camera, of course!
This first picture is from yesterday. I think this little lady was stopping on her journey to a warmer climate. I hadn't seen hummingbirds at my feeder for a few weeks, but was keeping food in it anyway. Glad I did, since she stopped by yesterday.
I took this picture this morning. We live on a hill, and our house is surrounded by tall oak trees. This seems as though it’s going to be a bumper crop year for acorns…which the wildlife are going to enjoy.
I love how this goldenrod picture turned out!
Our view on the other side of the road.
This is our home. As you can see…we are surrounded by tall oak trees!
Beautiful asters!
The bouquet of flowers I gathered while out walking.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed my Fall pictures! Have a great day!
Wow, you got some GREAT photos! Thanks for visiting my blog and having me on your blog list.. I'll add you to mine! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Teresa! I love your blog! I will probably never get to visit your area in person, so I just love visiting via your blog. :D Thanks for stopping by my blog, too! :)
DeleteYour home is located in beautiful surroundings:) I enjoyed seeing the pics and I would very much want a similar place to stay after retirement. Until then, we have to be satisfied with city life.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Preeti! Glad you enjoyed the pictures, and I hope in your retirement you are able to enjoy the countryside. :)
DeleteYour pictures are beautiful Rita. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Debi! :)
DeleteBeautiful pictures! We see deer almost everyday and it still fascinates me. Happy Fall!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Charlotte! :) We see deer almost every day, too. And with the bumper crop of acorns, we're seeing them several times a day now. lol Happy Fall to you, too!
